Kiki Gadgets Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TableReady mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. 1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide Directly

Account information: name, email address, and profile photo (if provided via Google or Apple Sign-In).
Family profile: household size and dietary preferences you configure within the App.
Meal plans and custom recipes you create, including ingredients and cooking instructions.
Community recipes you choose to submit for publication.
Images you upload to accompany your recipes, stored in Firebase Storage.

b) Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: features accessed, meal planning interactions, and shopping list activity.
Device information: device type, operating system version, and app version.
Authentication tokens for connected third-party services (e.g., Kroger) stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.
Crash reports and performance diagnostics via Firebase.

c) Information from Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: name, email address, and profile photo from your connected account.
Kroger API: store location data and cart interactions when you choose to connect a Kroger-family store account.
Instacart (when enabled): basket and order data for grocery delivery.
TheMealDB: publicly available recipe data for the Discover feature.
RevenueCat: subscription status and purchase history for premium features.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and improve the TableReady App and its features.
Personalise meal recommendations based on your dietary preferences and family size.
Generate shopping lists and facilitate grocery ordering through connected stores.
Display community recipes you submit (after admin review and approval) to other users.
Process and manage your subscription through RevenueCat.
Send you service-related communications (e.g., recipe approval status).
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication, database, and storage; RevenueCat for subscription management.
Third-Party Integrations: When you connect a Kroger or Instacart account, relevant data is shared with those services to fulfil your grocery cart or delivery request.
Community Features: Approved recipes are displayed publicly within the App with an abbreviated name (e.g., "Drew N.") to protect your privacy.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Community recipes you submitted that were approved may be retained in anonymised form.

5. Data Security

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all network communications.
Firebase Security Rules restricting database and storage access to authorised users only.
Secure on-device storage (encrypted keystore) for third-party authentication tokens.
OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for third-party store integrations.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

TableReady is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

Kiki Gadgets Ltd. is based in the United States. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
